What is a virtual assistant?

These days when someone mentions virtual assistant, the first thing you think about is probably Alexa or Siri, right? Well I am talking about a real life virtual assistant, someone who works as your right-hand man (or woman), supporting you and making you more productive. Besides, if you are like me, spending 15-minutes arguing with a speaker because they don't understand your accent, is not my idea of fun!
